Refund Policy
Everything you need to know about MusicMuse.

1. Subscription Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your MusicMuse subscription, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within seven (7) calendar days of the charge date. To request a refund, email support@musicmuse.astrionix.io with your account email address and reason for the request.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the charge.
- Refunds apply to the most recent billing cycle only. Previous billing cycles are not eligible.
- Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds, as no charge is made during the trial.
- Partial-month or partial-year refunds are not available. Subscriptions are refunded in full for the current billing period or not at all.
- Each account is eligible for a maximum of one (1) refund. Subsequent refund requests may be denied at our discretion.
- Refunds are not available if we determine that the Service was substantially used during the billing period in question (e.g., more than 10 lessons accessed or more than 10 practice sessions completed).
3. One-Time Digital Purchases
Digital downloads, including sheet music packs, video courses, and other downloadable content, are non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased digital content, contact support@musicmuse.astrionix.io and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
4. Physical Merchandise
Physical merchandise (apparel, accessories, printed materials) may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return:
- Contact support@musicmuse.astrionix.io with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds for returned merchandise are processed within five to ten (5-10) business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method within five to ten (5-10) business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
6. App Store Purchases
If you purchased a subscription or in-app content through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds for those purchases are governed by the respective store's refund policy. You must contact Apple or Google directly to request a refund for purchases made through their platforms. We cannot process refunds for App Store or Play Store transactions.
7. Disputes
If your refund request is denied and you believe the decision was made in error, you may appeal by emailing support@musicmuse.astrionix.io with additional details. We will review your appeal within ten (10) business days and provide a final decision.
